Common Issues
- Payment errors: send screenshot, timestamp, and account email.
- Missing push notifications: verify app notifications are enabled in iOS Settings.
- Order status mismatch: include order ID and latest status shown in app.
- Runner queue issues: include whether runner was online and approximate time.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in-app at Profile -> Data & Privacy -> Delete Account. Active orders must be completed or canceled first.
