DormDrop Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the DormDrop mobile application and related services. By using DormDrop, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and comply with applicable university and local rules.

2) Accounts

You are responsible for account security, accurate information, and activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or security concerns.

3) Orders and Delivery

• Orders are requests for runner fulfillment, not guaranteed delivery contracts.
• Delivery timing is estimated and can vary.
• You are responsible for accurate pickup/dropoff information.
• Orders may be canceled due to availability, payment, safety, or policy reasons.

4) Payments

Payments are processed by third-party processors, including Stripe. Charges include delivery fees and any selected tip.

5) Runner Conduct

Runners must follow platform and safety requirements. Misconduct or fraud can result in account action.

6) Prohibited Use

You may not use DormDrop for unlawful activity, unauthorized access attempts, abusive conduct, or fraudulent requests.

7) Intellectual Property

DormDrop branding and platform content are protected by law and may not be reused outside permitted use.

8) Disclaimers

DormDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DormDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for legal, policy, or security reasons.

11) Changes

We may revise these Terms by publishing updated versions with a new effective date.
